About Us

Lakeside Minerals is a data-driven copper-gold exploration company focused on discovering large-scale mineral systems in Kazakhstan's Balkhash Arc.

The Company has identified 16 high-priority untested large porphyry and epithermal targets ready for drilling in one of the world's premier Cu-Au belts and immediately near to the proven giant 0.8BT Kounrad deposit.

Located in the heart of one of the worlds premier Cu-Au porphyry belts

  • Widely regarded as Tier-one scale
  • Host to at least seven giant porphyry deposits
  • Known endowment of approximately 35Mt contained copper
  • One of the largest underexplored Cu-Au porphyry belts remaining in Central Asia.

No Upfront Infrastructure Requirements

The Lakeside Project is strategically located alongside critical infrastructure required for development — avoiding the major upfront infrastructure barriers that constrain many undeveloped world-class porphyry deposits.

Critical Infrastructure: 250,000T p/a Cu output smelter, 220KVA power, rail, airport, 4-lane highway, and Balkash City of 100,000 people
Exploration Upside

The Balkhash Arc has already demonstrated its ability to host giant copper-gold deposits. What has been missing is systematic, modern exploration. Lakeside is changing that. By combining advanced remote sensing, geophysics and field validation, we have identified multiple large hydrothermal systems comparable in scale to those that host some of the world's largest porphyry copper-gold deposits.
